Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and oversee cleaning personnel to maintain optimal performance.
- Supervision: Direct and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
- Quality Control: Conduct inspections of facilities to verify compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Budgeting: Prepare financial estimates and manage budgetary allocations for cleaning operations.
- Service Coordination: Recommend and arrange for additional services such as maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed.
- Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records and process payments for specialized cleaning tasks.
- Support: Assist cleaning staff in their duties to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaboration: Work in conjunction with other departments to align cleaning schedules and activities.
- Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning personnel.
Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience is required.
Experience: A minimum of 1 month to less than 7 months of relevant experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
