You'll lead a talented team of designers and design leaders specializing in user experience, motion graphics, visual design, content strategy, user research, and UI engineering. About the Work

  • Go beyond simply designing for existing roadmaps; conceive and execute groundbreaking experiences that push boundaries and redefine user expectations.
  • Establish a compelling design philosophy and build world-class design systems that elevate our products to new heights.
  • Lead the strategy and roadmap for our unified design framework, ensuring top-tier quality and capabilities across our entire product portfolio.
  • Manage a comprehensive portfolio of design assets, including tools, functional code systems, documentation, and brand guidelines.
  • Drive communication and reporting initiatives throughout the organization, providing hands-on leadership for ideation, creative concept development, and execution of strategic initiatives in partnership with executive leadership.
  • Cultivate a high-performing design culture by attracting, retaining, and developing top talent at all levels.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the Design team, fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation and success.

About You

  • 15+ years of experience leading high-performing design teams and delivering exceptional products at scale.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels within an organization.
  • A visionary thinker with the capacity to anticipate and lead capabilities that will drive our growth amidst rapid change.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience managing remote work teams.
  • Deep understanding of product design principles, with a background in building B2C mobile products in an agile environment.
  • Ability to seamlessly translate between business and design language, setting clear goals for your team while advocating for impactful design decisions.
  • A data-driven approach to design, leveraging research and analytics to inform product direction.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for creating a positive, inclusive, and collaborative environment where designers can thrive.
