ABOUT THIS POSITION

The Utility Division of Black & McDonald is seeking a full-time Construction Project Administrator who possesses a keen eye for detail and a focus on achieving results. This role involves supporting Project Managers in overseeing construction initiatives, with direct reporting to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in ensuring that performance metrics are in line with organizational policies and contractual obligations.
  • Facilitate construction timelines and track project advancements.
  • Aid in financial assessments and compile progress reports for stakeholders.
  • Liaise with tradespeople and subcontractors.
  • Foster relationships with clients, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Organize various project documentation and maintain control records.
  • Acquire necessary materials and supplies.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
