About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at SANGAM BANQUET & EVENT CENTRE LTD. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry and Sales Administration

Accurately and efficiently enter sales data into our system, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and accurate.

Customer Service and Support

Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Merchandise Display and Preparation

Assist in the display and preparation of merchandise, ensuring that our store is visually appealing and well-organized.

Sales and Inventory Management

Maintain accurate sales records and inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.

Team Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

Experience in sales or customer service is an asset.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

35 hours per week.
