As an IT Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining efficient and high-quality integrations connecting data, applications, and third parties that support business processes and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze, maintain, and evolve integration processes to enhance the company's services and improve performance and efficiency.
- Partner with delivery teams to design, develop, and maintain integrations.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 integration support.
- Determine, conduct, and automate integration tests, load tests, and performance tests.
- Prepare and manage technical documentation and self-service resources on integrations.
- Proactively monitor integration performance and troubleshoot, resolve, and report integration issues to impacted teams and stakeholders.
- Provide training and support on implemented solutions, as required.
- Strong knowledge of integration design and development processes.
- Demonstrable experience in data integration and workflow scripting.
- Proficiency with data modeling, ETL mapping process, manipulation, and distribution between applications.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, is an asset.
- Strong proficiency in relevant coding languages (e.g. Java, C++, ReactJS, Python, SQL).
- Ability to convert business requirements to business processes and technical designs.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.
- Bachelor's degree in any of the following: Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, or equivalent applied experience.
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
- 2 – 3 years of experience in software development.
- Certification in Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP), is an asset.
- Certification in Integration Platforms (MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, Boomi, Informatica, WebMethods), is an asset.
