Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at APNA INDIAN KITCHEN. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our kitchen runs efficiently and effectively.
Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen StaffOversee and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our high standards are met.
Train and Develop StaffTrain and develop our kitchen staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesEstimate and manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet demand.
Recruit and Hire StaffRecruit and hire qualified food service staff, ensuring that we have the best talent to join our team.
Ensure Quality ControlEnsure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, providing an exceptional dining experience for our customers.
Address Customer ComplaintsAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
Work Environment and Physical Demands- Fast-Paced Environment
Work in a fast-paced environment, where attention to detail and ability to multitask are essential.
Work Under PressureWork under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure that our kitchen runs smoothly.
Permanent Full-Time PositionWork a permanent full-time position, with a regular schedule of 40 hours per week.
English Language RequiredSpeak and write English fluently, as this is the primary language used in our kitchen.
