We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Bold Butchery & Grill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to order, using a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Team Training: Train and mentor junior staff members in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, and order supplies as needed.
- Cleanliness: Ensure the kitchen and work areas are clean and hygienic at all times.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
