Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager at Spirit Halloween plays a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store. This includes staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of the store. The ideal candidate will have prior retail management experience and be able to work a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, and teardown of the store
- Assist with merchandising and inventory control
- Develop and maintain Guest Services
- Control expenses and shrinkage
- Ensure maximum sales and profitability
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18
- Prior retail management experience required
- Flexible schedule required
- Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
