Position Title: Mobile Veterinarian Specialist
Location: Northern Virginia/DC Metro Area

Job Overview/Summary
We are looking for a Mobile Veterinarian Specialist to serve the Northern Virginia/DC Metro area. This role offers flexibility, with options for full-time, part-time, or per diem work. Our clinic is equipped to support advanced medical and surgical practices, emphasizing collaboration and outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct routine and advanced medical and surgical procedures on small animals.
  2. Perform comprehensive examinations and formulate treatment plans for patients.
  3. Effectively communicate with clients to educate them on pet health and wellness.
  4. Collaborate with the veterinary team to maintain the highest standards of patient care.
  5. Engage in continuing education to remain updated on the latest advancements in veterinary medicine.
Essential Skills
  1. Expertise in diagnosing and treating medical conditions in small animals.
  2. Strong surgical capabilities, including routine procedures and soft tissue surgeries.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
  1. Experience in emergency medicine.
  2. Knowledge of preventive care and wellness programs for pets.
Qualifications
  1. Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinariae Medicinae Doctoris (VMD) Degree.
  2. Outstanding communication skills.
  3. Exceptional customer service abilities.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
