  • Staff Training: Train kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Recruitment: Recruit and hire staff to support the growth and development of our kitchen operations.
  • Event Planning: Organize buffets and banquets to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Operations Management: Manage kitchen operations to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
