National Veterinary Associates is seeking a dedicated Equine Veterinary Practitioner to enhance our team and contribute to our comprehensive care, breeding, and performance horse services.
As a valued associate, you will work alongside seasoned veterinarians, gaining invaluable experience in delivering general healthcare, performance evaluations, and treatments tailored to a variety of equine breeds across multiple disciplines.
Our practitioners benefit from a fully equipped mobile veterinary unit and access to our clinic facilities, which include:
- 13 spacious stalls
- Three specialized treatment areas
- Breeding stocks
- An indoor jogging strip for performance assessments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive wellness and healthcare services for horses, both in-clinic and on-site.
- Assist in diagnosing and managing lameness issues in performance horses.
Qualifications:
- DVM Degree required with eligibility for licensure in Ontario (Quebec licensure eligibility is advantageous).
