Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Okanagan TH Holdings Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory
- Establish work schedules and ensure efficient store operations
- Prepare reports on sales, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain inventory, and supervise staff
- 3-4 years of retail experience, with 2-3 years in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
