Overview of the Role
  • We are in search of a Director of Actuarial Services with exceptional leadership capabilities and a wealth of experience in actuarial consulting within the Non-Life / P&C (re)insurance sector.
  • This role involves overseeing a team of actuaries, defining analytical assessments, and analyzing client outcomes.
  • Providing expert actuarial advisory services, fostering client relationships, and driving business development initiatives.
  • Leading the creation of innovative products, executing reinsurance pricing strategies, and assisting with audit engagements.
  • Contributing to knowledge dissemination, thought leadership, and initiatives that add value.
  • Enhancing the company’s actuarial brand through seminars and industry events.
Qualifications
  • Over 10 years of actuarial experience in both industry and consulting settings.
  • Possession of FCAS / FIA designation with comprehensive knowledge of the Non-Life / P&C (re)insurance landscape.
  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or a related discipline.
  • Expertise in loss reserving, capital modeling, pricing strategies, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated business development, client relationship management, and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in challenging environments and effectively lead teams.
