Data Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect to join our team and contribute to the development of our global analytical practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data models that support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Implement Data Models: Develop and maintain the overall enterprise data model, working closely with business stakeholders, data governance teams, and data engineers.
- Capture Business Requirements: Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and establish relational, dimensional, or data vault data models to support different data use cases.
- Review and Optimize Data Models: Review data models proposed by data engineers, analysts, and scientists to optimize them, align them with the global model, and operationalize them, ensuring adherence to industry standards and laws.
- Define and Implement Architecture Elements: Define and implement architecture elements that ensure the timeliness, quality, security, and availability of data.
- Continuously Improve BI Platform Architecture: Continuously improve the BI platform architecture from raw data capture to the presentation layer.
- Lead Best Practices and Creative Thinking: Lead the development of best practices and creative thinking in data architecture.
- Master's Degree in Business Intelligence or Equivalent: Possess a Master's degree in Business Intelligence or a related field.
- Experience with Modeling Techniques: Have solid and demonstrated experience with various modeling techniques, including relational and dimensional modeling.
- Team-Worker and Communication Skills: Be a team-worker with excellent communication skills, able to discuss proposed models and approaches with stakeholders.
- Organizational and Prioritization Skills: Possess highly organized skills, able to build a game plan and prioritize tasks with conflicting delivery dates.
- Creative Problem-Solving and Technology Enthusiasm: Continuously come up with creative ideas for improvement and be enthusiastic about getting hands-on with new technologies.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, able to prepare and make executive presentations in French and English.
- Agile Delivery Model Experience: Have experience working in an agile delivery model.
- SAP Experience (Plus): Possess experience with SAP, which is a plus.
