Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Tornado Building Maintenance Corporation. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless work activities and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage financial records and maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, staff performance, and equipment maintenance.
  • Assist cleaners in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a regular 40-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
