Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Market Research Specialist to enhance our team in Vancouver. In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to our local operations while also supporting the broader objectives of our National Research team.

Key Responsibilities
1. Collect and verify real estate and economic data, encompassing information on properties, leases, tenants, availabilities, developments, sales, and ownership.
2. Adhere to established protocols to maintain data integrity within our database, routinely auditing and refining datasets.
3. Analyze market data to discern trends and comprehend the economic and real estate market influences.
4. Develop engaging visual representations and deliver insightful analyses on local market data, trends, and drivers.
5. Showcase our tools and research capabilities to internal teams and clients.

Qualifications
- A relevant bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and database systems is essential.
- Strong organizational skills, along with expertise in data collection, validation, and auditing, are necessary.
