Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate various vehicles both on and off the lot, assisting with local vehicle deliveries and other related tasks.
- Monitor and maintain fluid levels in all vehicles.
- Report any potential safety hazards, equipment issues, or vehicle concerns to management.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks, including checking tire pressure, fluid levels, and replacing lights.
- Keep the work area, tools, and equipment organized and in good working order.
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
Additional Responsibilities
- Strive for continuous improvement in job performance through self-assessment and skill development.
- Complete miscellaneous job-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess a valid British Columbia Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past five years.
- Authorized to work in Canada without requiring sponsorship.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds to assist customers.
- Experience with box trucks is preferred.
- Must be available to work the specified schedule, including weekends.
Compensation
Hourly wage: CAD $21.16
