The role of the Printing Supervisor at 14944836 Canada Inc involves overseeing the daily operations of the printing department, ensuring efficiency and quality in production.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the printing industry.
- Compile and prepare production reports and documentation.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers and projects within the printing department.
- Provide training or arrange for the training of staff to enhance their skills.
- Plan and schedule activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Develop and implement methods to meet production schedules effectively.
- Propose measures aimed at improving productivity and the quality of printed products.
This position involves managing a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.
Work Environment- Fast-paced working conditions that require attention to detail.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
