We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator at 1769807 Alberta Ltd. o/a Schellenberg Heavy Equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse and distribution center.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and Coordinate Distribution: Plan and execute the timely and efficient distribution of goods to our customers and partners.
- Container and Crate Assembly: Assemble and prepare containers and crates for shipping and storage.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of stock.
- Inspect and Verify Goods: Inspect incoming goods against invoices and other documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Route and Store Goods: Route goods to their designated storage areas and ensure they are properly labeled and organized.
- Pack and Unpack Goods: Pack goods for shipping and unpack goods received from suppliers.
- Shipping and Receiving: Affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments and oversee the loading and unloading of goods.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: English.
