About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and caring Childcare Specialist to join our team at Jonathan Bitton. As a Childcare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide education and guidance to children, ensuring they meet their developmental milestones.
  • Assist with household chores, maintaining a clean and safe environment for the children.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, promoting healthy eating habits.
  • Engage children in activities that foster social development, emotional well-being, and cognitive growth.
  • Establish a daily routine that includes homework assistance, outdoor play, and quiet time.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry children, if necessary.
Work Environment

This is a temporary, part-time position, working 30 hours per week. The work environment is a private home, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a home-based setting.
