Role Overview:
As a Pharmacy Training Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of patient-centered care and excellence within our pharmacy team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to exceed customer expectations.
- Implementing pharmacy initiatives and product launches to enhance service standards, drive sales, and manage operational efficiency.
- Creating a positive and patient-focused environment while developing and tracking business plans to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensuring seamless patient experiences across various locations by actively engaging in all operational areas.
- Championing company values, particularly in diversity, equity, and inclusion, to maintain an inclusive pharmacy environment.
- Overseeing the selection, onboarding, training, and development of pharmacy staff, as well as managing performance and succession planning.
- A Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Must hold a valid Pharmacist license in good standing.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist.
- Experience with Kroll software is preferred.
