Product Compliance Specialist

Galvion is seeking a highly skilled Product Configuration Management Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the release of engineering deliverables, including engineering drawings, production work instructions, and engineering specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the engineering baseline for each product in the PLM database, defining the effectivity of each change within a configured assembly.
- Lead the Change Control Board for all changes to the released baseline for each product configuration.
- Participate in Configuration Audits as the Project Configuration Manager (i.e. PCA, FCA, and Baseline Configuration Audits) as requested by the Program, Project or Customer.
- Provide support on the development, training, and maintenance of program configuration management processes and procedures and tools.
- Manage the CM queue, assigning tasks to the Product Configuration Coordinator as required.
- Resolve system and user issues or errors with engineering documentation or within the system databases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or 2-year Associate's degree with 8+ year of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal/relationship building skills.
- Knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts related to process and configuration management (CM).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Skill in the use of Microsoft Office tools required.
- Experience in the use of PLM and BOM management programs.
