Nurse Aide

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Aide to join our team at Wildpine Residence Inc. As a Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Personal Care: Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Medical Support: Take vital signs, administer medications, and provide basic first aid as needed.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including making beds, changing linens, and cleaning living areas.
- Companionship: Engage with residents through conversation, activities, and social events, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a long-term care facility.
- Certifications: Current certification in CPR and First Aid, and willingness to obtain any additional certifications required by the facility.
- Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
