IT Consulting Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Consulting Account Manager to join our team at Union Victory Canada Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional IT consulting services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Technical Requirements: Document and analyze technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
- Cost-Benefit Analysis: Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation.
- Business Solutions: Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet client needs.
- Strategic Advice: Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
- Security Risk Assessment: Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
- Security Policies: Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner.
- Testing and Quality Control: Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.
- Client Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Linux, Internet, file management software, security software, word processing software, presentation software, communication software, project management software, software development, MS Office, MS Windows, and MS Outlook.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in project implementation.
- Area of Specialization: Business methods analysis.
- Work Conditions: Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and with attention to detail.
