Job Summary:
As a Donation Associate at Goodwill Industries-Suncoast, Inc., you will play a vital role in transforming lives through the power of work. Your responsibilities will include greeting donors, accepting donations, and preparing goods for sale in retail stores through sorting, cleaning, and categorizing. You may also assist with loading or unloading trucks and trailers, and perform general cleaning duties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet donors and accept donations in a professional and courteous manner
• Sort, clean, and categorize donated and new goods for sale in retail stores
• Assist with loading or unloading trucks and trailers as needed
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent related experience preferred
• Some retail or manufacturing experience desirable
• Subject to alcohol and drug testing
• Subject to criminal history background checks
