About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at HEPHAESTUS HOMES LTD. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 customer service representatives
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery
  • Operations Management
    • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient service delivery
    • Oversee the preparation of production and other reports
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Training and Development
    • Train or arrange for training to ensure that team members have the necessary skills to deliver excellent customer service
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed
  • Recruitment and Staffing
    • Recruit and hire new team members as needed
    • Carry out related staffing actions
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or operations role
  • Skills
    • Excellent oral communication skills
    • Organized and reliable
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work environment is outdoors and noisy.
