Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Site Superintendent to join our team at Michael Page International Canada Limited. As a Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site construction activities for Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a diverse team of construction professionals to achieve project objectives.
  • Communication: Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure that all work meets company standards and project requirements.
  • Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment for all site personnel.

Requirements

  • Certifications: Gold Seal certification or equivalent credentials are highly desirable.
