GHD is seeking an Urban Water Modeling Specialist to contribute to our Integrated Water Management team in Ontario.

This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop client relationships, and contribute to business growth within a global organization.

As part of a high-performing team, you will have the chance to lead and collaborate with industry experts while shaping communities through complex water resource projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting hydraulic wastewater and water distribution system models
  • Preparing technical documentation and reports
  • Supporting Infrastructure Planning Studies
  • Mentoring junior staff members
  • Building strong client relationships
  • Collaborating on business development initiatives

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A degree in Civil/Water Resource Engineering
  • Professional Engineer license (an asset)
  • 5+ years of experience in water resource modeling
  • Advanced knowledge of hydraulic/hydrologic tools
  • Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of transient hydraulic analysis
  • A valid driver's license
