Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team at Persia Foods. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, managing sales staff, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial transactions, including cash handling and inventory control.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to sales staff.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as government regulations.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • 3-4 people in the supervision team.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 to 40 hours per week.
