We are seeking an experienced Office Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Sky Jump. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Training
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to management.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files.
  • Equipment and Supplies
    • Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of office equipment.
    • Coordinate the requisition and ordering of supplies and materials.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Technical Skills

Requirements
  • Education
