Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at The Balmer Hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
- Establish work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies to ensure a skilled and motivated team
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
