As a Field Service Specialist, you will work closely with the VP of Customer Care and Quality Assurance, reporting directly to the Customer Service Field Manager. Your role will encompass a variety of essential tasks aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute scheduled assignments as directed by the on-site Customer Service Representative.
  • Engage in effective communication with site personnel to guarantee the provision of superior quality services.
  • Follow detailed instructions outlined in work orders.
  • Keep accurate daily logs and completion records of tasks performed.
  • Promptly report any issues or concerns to the Field Manager.
  • Adhere to all procedures and policies as specified in the Company Employee Manual.
  • Carry out repairs with precision and uphold cleanliness standards.
  • Ensure the company vehicle is maintained in optimal condition.
  • Exhibit professionalism and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Participate in Customer Service team meetings and mandatory training sessions.
  • Be available for after-hours emergency response as scheduled.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven ability to perform repair and maintenance tasks to high-quality standards.
  • Previous experience in residential construction, especially in low-rise home projects.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with site staff and clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and capability to follow work orders precisely.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Responsibility for the cleanliness and proper upkeep of the company vehicle.
  • Willingness to respond to after-hours emergency calls when on-call.

Compensation
$85,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package
