About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. As a key member of our Platform Solutions team, you will be responsible for architecting, building, and supporting CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and bash scripts on a managed Jenkins Core platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Groovy scripting
  • Develop and maintain bash scripts for automation and deployment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with AWS resources
  • Manage Kubernetes architecture and components using Helm
  • Ensure observability, RDS, and microservices architecture best practices
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in architecting and building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and bash scripts
  • 3-5 years of working experience with AWS resources using IaC templates with CloudFormation/Terraform and AWS CLI
  • 3-5 years of managing Kubernetes architecture and components using Helm
  • Experience with microservices architecture, blue-green deployments, multi-region, observability, and RDS
