Job Summary

CRUSADERS CARGO CARRIERS is seeking a skilled Truck Driver-Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our transportation team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our cargo delivery services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Oversee the activities of our transportation team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to new team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Operational Management: Monitor and operate the signal and track switch control panel, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of our cargo.
  • Coordination and Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure that our cargo delivery services are running on time and to the highest standard.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for our team members.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Coordinate repairs and rentals of our vehicles and equipment, ensuring that our fleet is always in good working order.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities to ensure the smooth operation of our transportation team.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
