Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between patients, medical receptionists, and clinical staff to ensure timely and effective patient care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational protocols.
  • Manage incoming communications and coordinate appointment scheduling.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to patients for appointment confirmations and rescheduling.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions.
  • Deliver professional and courteous service to all patients and healthcare providers.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Outstanding customer service and patient interaction skills.
  • Self-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Empathy and patience in dealing with patients.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
  • Familiarity with medical office operations and protocols.
  • Experience in a high-volume contact center environment.

Educational Requirements:

  • High School Diploma is mandatory.
  • Medical Assistant Diploma or equivalent certification with at least one year of relevant experience.
  • Experience in a high-volume contact center is essential.
  • Proficiency in specialized software applications is required.
  • Strong verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • A reliable internet connection is essential for remote work.
