Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide personalized support and care to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life. This role requires a high level of empathy, patience, and understanding, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfer tasks, as needed
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to client care
