Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Stocking and Sanitizing: Stock linen closets, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Setting: Urban area, office building, various locations, commercial building.
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail.
