Your Role: A Blend of Expertise
This unique role offers a hybrid approach, combining your mechanical expertise with general maintenance skills. You'll contribute to the smooth operation of our facilities by ensuring the optimal performance of essential equipment and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities: Mechanical Machine Technician (60%)
- Operate and maintain fixed machinery and mechanical equipment, including steam boilers, air compressors, and ventilation units.
- Monitor meters, gauges, and controls to ensure efficient operation and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Maintain detailed performance records for all equipment under your responsibility.
Key Responsibilities: General Maintenance Worker (40%)
- Execute a variety of tasks related to the refurbishment, repair, and maintenance of buildings, sanitary facilities, and mechanical installations.
- Contribute to a safe and functional environment for all staff and visitors.
Additional Information:
This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package. A Refrigeration Certificate (A-B) is an asset and may be eligible for a weekly salary supplement depending on the nature of the equipment managed.
