Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at The Good Flour Milling Corp. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, supervising staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance to ensure high-quality work and productivity.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and control procedures.
  • Ability to train and develop staff.
