- Service Delivery and Coordination
- Oversee the delivery of mental health and substance use services to children and youth, ensuring timely and equitable access to services.
- Coordinate with community partners, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
- Quality Improvement and Monitoring
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Monitor and evaluate service delivery, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Develop and maintain data collection and reporting systems to ensure accurate and timely data.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with team members, community partners, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.

- Represent Fraser Health at local and regional meetings, ensuring the organization's interests are represented.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Master's degree in nursing, psychology, or social work, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a mental health or substance use setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
