In this dynamic role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of a closure project, ensuring a seamless transition from operational to closure phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project objectives
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment, and community (HSEC) standards
- Manage project risks and documentations
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in Engineering (metallurgical or process, mechanical, electrical, civil)
- Proven experience in project management, with a minimum of 10 years in mine projects
- Strong financial and cost modeling skills
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management and team leadership skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
Language: English. Knowledge of French is an asset.
Location: Site-based in Timmins, Ontario.
