Barista Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Bismillah Enterprises Ltd. as a key member of our coffee shop operations.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by serving customers at counters or buffet tables, taking orders, and handling customer inquiries.
- Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Handle and store cleaning products, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets, maintain high standards of customer service, and ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the coffee shop.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Coffee shop environment.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
