Job Title: Dental Health Services Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Health Services Administrator to join our team at College and Dufferin Dental. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dental clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve optimal performance.
  • Operational Coordination: Coordinate the work of doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Task Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet patient needs.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Setting: Medical clinic environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.

  • Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Work Conditions:
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced medical clinic environment.
