Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Greet customers and create a welcoming shopping atmosphere, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Provide product information and answer customer inquiries, promoting products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Operate cash registers and point of sale equipment, processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure displays are fully stocked and shelves are replenished with high-quality products, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Promote products and services through sampling and demonstrations, driving sales and customer engagement.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Receive, unload, and unpack products, counting, weighing, and sorting them according to company procedures.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to memorize product codes and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. boxes and stand for long periods.
  • Food Safety Training and First Aid Training are assets.
