About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at People's Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas to meet the demands of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all pizzas are made to our high standards.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Team Leadership: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all pizzas are made to order and delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
