Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at KS Accounting Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Payroll Administration: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and investigate any discrepancies or errors.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
