About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tennis Coach to join our team at Tennis Outaouais Performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training: Develop and implement training programs for athletes, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance.
  • Team Management: Plan, organize, and lead training sessions, tournaments, and other events to optimize athlete performance.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct regular assessments of athlete performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance their skills.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Foster strong relationships with athletes, coaches, and other stakeholders, promoting a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, reports, and other documentation related to athlete performance, training, and competition.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as sports science, coaching, or education.
  • Experience: Proven experience in coaching, athlete development, or a related field, with a strong track record of success.
  • Language: Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
