Position Overview

Aecon Geomatics Limited is seeking a dedicated **Geomatics Technician** to support our surveying operations. This role requires a strong commitment to accuracy and detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in geomatics or surveying.
Work Environment
  • Willingness to relocate as necessary.
  • Relocation expenses will be covered by the employer.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain systematic organization of survey data and information.
  • Assist in creating detailed drawings, charts, and plans.
  • Document measurements and other survey-related information systematically.
  • Support survey engineers or professional surveyors in developing effective field survey methods and procedures.
  • Record all measurements and information collected during field survey activities.
Work Conditions
  • Fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
