About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Sales Associate to join our team at Laura Canada. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stylist and Sales Expert: Build a strong understanding of our women's fashion products and provide expert advice to customers to help them find the perfect outfit.
  • Sales Performance: Contribute to and achieve sales targets by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by being aware of current fashion trends, having excellent product knowledge, and being proactive in resolving customer issues.
  • Program Promotion: Promote various programs and initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Store Operations: Perform daily tasks such as changing prices, shipping, and transferring orders, while maintaining a neat and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Passion for Fashion: A genuine passion for women's fashion and a strong understanding of current trends.
  • Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Initiative and Adaptability: Demonstrate initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.
