We are currently seeking a Corporate Services Quality Supervisor to enhance our operations and contribute to our ongoing success.
In this role, reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide technical guidance and expertise to the Corporate Services team while executing responsibilities on behalf of ISC's clientele.
Your collaboration with Operations leadership will be essential in ensuring outstanding customer service and satisfaction, as well as participating in the management of the Corporate Services department's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and provide supervision to the team, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and managing workflows to meet customer service standards.
- Supervise team members by assigning tasks, scheduling breaks, and conducting annual performance evaluations.
- Facilitate training for new hires and identify opportunities for ongoing skill development for existing employees.
- Lead and support team members to ensure high-quality output and excellent customer service, while navigating successful change initiatives.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new strategies aimed at enhancing operational productivity.
- Collaborate with IT support to ensure that the tools utilized are effective and optimized for team use.
- Manage complex cases and provide assistance to clients via phone, addressing inquiries and explaining service offerings and associated fees.
- Support clients with our online platform, ensuring a seamless experience.
Qualifications:
- Collegial diploma in Paralegal Technology or a Certificate in Law, complemented by 5+ years of experience as a paralegal in corporate services or due diligence.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of various online databases for conducting searches and obtaining necessary documents.
- Familiarity with the rules, requirements, and turnaround times of provincial and federal governments, as well as national and international authorities.
- General understanding of services provided by other departments, with the ability to offer support as needed.
